We’re very pleased today to be launching our newest web project for the Action for Happiness movement, at http://www.actionforhappiness.org/

Personally I think the site is one of the richest and most engaging environments we have designed and built here, and it was only possible because of the fantastic work done in advance of the site development process.
We worked on behalf of Action for Happiness to understand their key online audiences, conducting interviews with supporters and critics of the movement. We developed a content distribution strategy which led to the creation of a set of shareable posters, and our whole site architecture has been set up to enable content to be shared and used by the community.

Happiness is a political hot topic at the moment. This year, the New Economics Foundation asked 42 000 people across 22 countries how happy they were, and Britain came third bottom in Western Europe. The Prime Minister also recently called for wellbeing to be tracked alongside the traditional GDP measurement. So it’s a great time for the movement to be expanding and recruiting new supporters.

There are some really nice touches on the site that Vix, Jacob, and Asif have been working hard on. Becky also did a sterling job of holding everything together and making sure we were delivering everything on time – have a click around and see for yourself , and why not try out some of the actions while you’re there.
