The brief
Smarta is a new support platform for business owners and entrepreneurs. It is a one-stop-shop where business owners can connect, learn and actually 'do' business. It is an ambitious project which aims to bring business advice and support into the 21st century, through peer-to-peer advice and multiple web 2.0 functions.
Public Zone built Smarta's technical platform and recently redesigned the site to improve its usability and navigation.
Our approach
The redesign involved completely restructuring the site to make it user-centred and elegant. Our goal was to make the site stickier and boost the volume of traffic.
The result
Traffic numbers to the site have already increased since launch, as has the average length of stay on the site.
