We bring to the table tough (but friendly!) advice, combined with a deep understanding of the not-for-profit world and an appreciation of the parameters within which our clients are working. We combine insight, instinct and creativity with a necessary dose of pragmatism. We work hard to earn our clients trust and even harder to do them proud. We're a spirited bunch that cares about impact, so when we say we'll deliver, we mean it.

User Experience Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced, senior UX practitioner with strong team leadership skills to manage a team of UX designers in our newly formed UX team. Reporting to theUser Experience Director, you will be a champion for User Experience both within the agency and externally. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of user experience design across multiple projects from start to finish. You should come from a User Experience background, but you must be comfortable directing and communicating visual design work as well as leading by example on your own projects.
