James studied social psychology and learnt lots about babies before discovering his real passion was the intersection of psychology and design, and particularly how this plays out with people and groups online.

He worked in marcoms at the British Library and as a senior project manager at a tech-focussed web agency before joining us in early 2011. He hails from York, but after many years in London he’s only gone and lost his accent.
